The Cranberry Lake 50.

A 50-mile loop trail that circles Cranberry Lake through the Five Ponds Wilderness — the most remote stretch of the Adirondack Park. Through-hike it in 4–5 days, or pick from 11 day-hike sections that start within minutes of the front porch.

The full loop crosses NYS DEC lands. Always carry a paper map, water filter, and bear-resistant food storage — there is no cell service for most of it.
